This contemporary bed and breakfast on the quiet edge of town offers two bedrooms, each furnished with high quality beds and mattresses adjoining an ensuite bathroom. The property is set on 3.5 acres with expansive vistas of mountain ranges which include the famous Bucketts Mountains and Mograni Ranges on either side of the Avon River valley where the house is situated.
It is suitable for a party of up to four guests with a Queen size bed in one room, two King size singles in the second bedroom. There is an integrated living/dining room with TV, CD Player, microwave, sandwich toaster, cutlery etc.
The guest bathroom is ‘three-way’, with large walk-in shower and spacious bath tub. All main rooms have ceiling fans. The living-room has electric heating. There is an exclusive outdoor area with table and chairs.
