As a founding member of Essentially Barrington, these locally sourced products are used to promote Gloucester as an upcoming premier food-producing district. Perenti was featured in the 2011 SMH “Good Food Guide”.

The breakfast and lunch menu is interesting and varied, focusing on fresh ingredients & local produce.

The cake display is always full of tempting and decadent sweet treats. Perenti also make a range of gluten-free product, vegetarian meals and cater for special dietary needs where possible. Perenti offers a wide selction of handmade jams, chutneys and butters.

And no, we’re not Italian but the perenti (or perente) (Varanus giganteus) is Australia’s largest monitor lizard and you’ll see plenty of those around Gloucester.
